Zelestra has secured $282 million in green financing for its Aurora hybrid solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Tarapacá, Chile. The project includes a 220MWdc solar plant and around 1GWh of storage, making it one of Latin America's largest. It will supply renewable energy to Abastible under a long-term PPA, ensuring nighttime power.
