ReNew, a provider of decarbonization solutions, and Gentari, a company that offers clean energy solutions, have agreed to a number of key terms that will allow them to work together on a joint venture that will explore investments in the development of renewable assets like solar, wind, and energy storage in order to reach a target of 5 GW in renewable energy capacity.
