West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) invites bids for a 250 MW/1000 MWh standalone BESS at Goaltore Substation under a Build, Own, Operate model, with a greenshoe option for another 250 MW. A 15-year BESPA will be signed, with land and charging under WBSEDCL’s scope.
