NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN), on behalf of KSEBL, invites bids for a 250 MW/500 MWh standalone BESS in Kerala under the VGF Tranche-II scheme. The project follows a Build-Own-Operate model with a 16-year BESPA, extendable by 5 years. Located near Brahmapuram substation, it requires 95% availability and 85% efficiency.
