Manohar Lal Khattar said the Centre is identifying new hydropower project sites in Jammu and Kashmir while reviving stalled projects and restoring reservoir capacity. The government is also exploring options to divert water to northern states including Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
