Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL) will acquire a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Ltd (ASPL) for ₹ 1,225 crore, subject to due diligence and closing conditions. ASPL, founded in 1996, specializes in power transmission and distribution infrastructure, reporting ₹1,226.64 crore income for FY25.
