Waaree Energy Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd (WESSPL) raised ₹1,003 crore to develop a 20 GWh lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility. The plant, part of a planned ₹ 10,000 crore investment, will produce high-performance cells and battery packs for utility-scale storage, electric mobility, and distributed energy applications.
