Waaree Energies has entered the green hydrogen sector by incorporating WH Clean Fuels Private Limited, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Waaree Clean Energy Solutions. Established on August 3, 2026, the new entity will focus on green hydrogen and green ammonia projects, expanding the company’s renewable energy portfolio beyond solar.
