Volvo Cars announced it will miss its 2030 goal of full electrification, revising its target to 90-100% due to infrastructure delays, reduced Government incentives, and tariff uncertainties. The company, which planned full electrification by 2021, will allow 0-10% mild hybrid models if necessary. It expects 50-60% electrified models by 2025, with a full lineup by decade's end.
