Vineyard Wind has filed a lawsuit against GE Vernova over a $4.5 billion offshore wind project in Massachusetts, alleging breach of contract after GE attempted to exit turbine supply and maintenance agreements. The dispute involves over $300 million in unpaid invoices and counterclaims of $545 million related to defective turbine blades.
