Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has established base import prices for Wind and Solar Power from Laos at 6.4 and 6.78 U.S. cents per kWh, effective from late 2025 to 2030. These rates are lower than the current 6.95 cents and allow for competitive negotiations. Vietnam plans to import 18.
