Uttar Pradesh has significantly increased its Solar Energy capacity, reaching around 1100 MW with 17 Solar Power Plants, generating over 7556 direct jobs. Key regions like Bundelkhand and Poorvanchal have become Solar hubs, with projects such as Jhansi’s 600 MW Solar plant creating thousands of jobs.
