Morgan Stanley acquired a 1.5% stake in Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy for ₹103 crore through an open market transaction. The firm, via Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, bought 36.44 lakh shares at ₹282.20 each. Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs sold a 1.47% stake (34.27 lakh shares) in SWREL for ₹97 crore.
