Utex New Energy, a Pagariya Group company, will set up a 20 GWh annual capacity Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assembly plant in Nagpur, Maharashtra, with ENcore Systems as technology partner. The facility will be built in two phases, starting at 5.5 GWh and scaling to 20 GWh within one to two years.
