Renewable producer R.Power is developing its second utility-scale battery storage project in Romania, Studina BESS, a 100 MW / 200 MWh standalone system in Olt County. Construction is expected to start Q4 2026 with grid connection in Q3 2027. It follows Scornicesti BESS (127 MW / 254 MWh) nearby, which is nearing completion.
