The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) launched a green initiative to power 13 industrial zones with Solar Energy, aligning with the state’s Solar Energy Policy–2022. Locations like Surajpur, Ghaziabad, and Moradabad will become Solar-enabled. A 150-kilowatt Plant has already been installed at UPSIDA’s Kanpur headquarters.
