China's largest electrochemical energy storage project, a 600MW/2400MWh system, has completed its first site installation and entered the electrical commissioning phase. It is the country's first ultra-high voltage transmission project integrating wind, solar, thermal, and storage. Powered by SINEXCEL’s 1725kW Power Conversion System (PCS), the project features 240 battery containers and 60 PCS skids and will supply 840 GWh annually, meeting electricity needs for 480,000 households.
