Orsted has completed the disinvestment of its shares in Hornsea 1, Hornsea 2, Walney Extension, and Bubo Bank Extension. Brookfield has gained 12.45% minority shares of 3.5 GW of Wind Farms in a transaction worth £1.745 Billion. Orsted will retain a 37.55% stake in these four wind farms..
