TrueRE Oriana Power has sold its 110 MWp C&I solar portfolio to global investor Actis for an enterprise value of INR 501 crore. The deal involves transfer of stakes in Truere Guj SPV Pvt Ltd and Truere Current Pvt Ltd, and is the first tranche of proposed divestment of 238 MW of operational solar assets to Actis.
