Torrent Power has completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Nabha Power Ltd from L&T Power Development Ltd for ₹3,632.35 crore, following regulatory approvals. The acquisition adds Nabha Power’s 1,400 MW (2x700 MW) supercritical thermal power plant at Rajpura, Punjab, to Torrent’s portfolio.
