In the conference it is said that India needs all type of energy storage system. The mission to complete the deployment of 238 GWh by 2030. The country is currently using the hydro power which has the potential of 100 GW in 60 sites and other battery systems such as sodium sulphate etc. The chairman put the target of hydro as 51 GW by 2030.
