Pattern Energy Group has agreed to acquire Cordelio Power, expanding one of North America’s largest independent clean energy platforms. The deal adds a 1.55 GW portfolio of operating and under-construction wind, solar and storage assets across the US and Canada, plus most of Cordelio’s development pipeline and team.
