Tata Power will establish a solar wafer and ingot manufacturing plant on Tata Steel SEZ land in Odisha, with construction scheduled to begin in October 2026 and commercial operations targeted for January 2028. The project will strengthen India's upstream solar manufacturing ecosystem and support supply chain integration.
