Tamil Nadu achieved a Green Energy milestone as Wind and Solar together met over half of the state’s electricity needs on Saturday. Out of 336.85 million units consumed, renewables contributed nearly 167 million units. Wind power alone supplied 123.85 million units, setting a new daily record, while solar contributed 43.
