Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh laid the foundation for Suzlon’s ₹10,000-crore wind projects in Anantapur, targeting 1,325 MW renewable capacity and over 4,000 direct and indirect jobs. The initiative strengthens the state’s renewable energy ambitions and builds on Suzlon’s existing presence in Anantapur, where its manufacturing plant has 1,260 MW annual capacity and employs 1,200 people.
