Avaada Electro has filed updated draft papers with Sebi for a ₹7,600-crore IPO, comprising a ₹1,600-crore fresh issue and ₹6,000-crore offer for sale. Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹1,200 crore will repay or prepay loans and meet letter-of-credit obligations, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
