Spain-based Cox buys 51% of 50MW CSP Solar Plant: South Africa

Out of 100%, 51% is secured by the Cox and rest 49% is registered by the locals. The project has the capacity to generate 100 GWh per year. The plant will be completely secured by Cox by 2036 in which they will increase annual generation by 30%. The Khi solar one plant expects EBITDA of USD 22.1 M and has a PPA of 20 years.
