Soluna Holdings Inc has acquired a 150 MW wind farm in West Texas for USD 53 million, achieving full vertical integration at its Project Dorothy campus. The Briscoe Wind Farm, connected to the ERCOT grid, will generate steady revenue and EBITDA. The deal supports expansion plans for a renewable-powered AI campus, Dorothy 3, with up to 300 MW capacity, strengthening Soluna’s energy control and infrastructure strategy.
