Jindal Stainless Ltd has completed a ₹132 crore investment in a captive renewable SPV with Oyster Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd to develop a 282 MW wind-solar hybrid project. The project will generate about 700 million units annually for captive use and cut emissions by 6.5 lakh tonnes yearly. This aligns with the company’s net-zero 2050 goal and increasing renewable energy share in its power mix.
