SolarMax Technology’s subsidiary has signed two EPC agreements for 400 MWh utility-scale battery projects in Puerto Rico, generating $158.3 million revenue. The projects, in Humacao and Ceiba, will support grid stability, storing renewable electricity for peak demand. SolarMax will provide design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning while acquiring a 9% equity stake in each project.
