Smart Mobility, a joint venture between Saudi Arabia’s Alrajhi & Sons and Foxconn, has started construction of a 9,490-square-metre EV charging equipment facility at King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) in Dammam. The plant, expected to complete by Q3 2026, will produce multiple EV charging hardware models with a tested Charging Point Management System (CPMS), set for commercial operation in H1 2026.
