Hero MotoCorp has strengthened its electric mobility strategy by subscribing to ₹959.99 crore worth of convertible warrants in Ather Energy. The investment involves 76,19,047 warrants priced at ₹1,260 each, potentially increasing Hero MotoCorp’s fully diluted stake in Ather from 29.48% to about 30.
