SJVN has commissioned the 75 MW Jamui Solar Power Project in Bihar through its subsidiary SJVN Green Energy. Developed across nearly 300 acres, the project is expected to generate around 90 million units in its first year and 3,522 million units over 25 years. Power will be supplied to Bihar at a tariff of ₹2.
