Shell has decided to focus on maximizing the profitability of its current renewable energy projects. The British giant will no longer undertake new Offshore Wind Projects but is open for selective participation thus reflecting a shift in Shell’s climate commitments. Shell has increased its activity in conventional oil and gas, redirecting its focus on more profitable projects in the short term.
