Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has invited bids for turnkey development and operation of a 60 MW (AC) ISTS-connected solar PV plant in Gaya, Bihar, under Tender No. SECI/C&P/OP/11/0007/26-27 dated September 30, 2026. The scope covers complete EPC - design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning, plus 5 years comprehensive O&M.
