SECI, on behalf of NHAI, has invited online bids for setting up a minimum 4 MW grid-connected solar PV project on the elevated section of Delhi-Saharanpur National Highway NH-709B Package-I under BOO or RESCO model via competitive bidding. The project aims to meet electricity requirements of NH-709B Package-I and Delhi-Mumbai Expressway Package-I, supporting renewable use in highway infrastructure and NHAI’s captive demand.
