Schneider Electric will establish a 500,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, to support its IT Business division. The plant will produce Battery Management Systems, UPS systems, PDUs, and cooling solutions. Developed with Horizon Industrial Parks in two phases, the site will feature sustainable infrastructure, accommodate 1,500 employees, and include IGBC ‘Platinum’ pre-certification.
