KP Energy has received a Letter of Intent from Emmvee Energy to develop a 42 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Karnataka under Group Captive mode, comprising 21 MW wind and 21 MWp solar. The project will meet captive power needs of Emmvee's manufacturing facilities. This is KP Energy's first order in Karnataka, marking geographic expansion beyond core markets and strengthening its C&I presence.
