Saudi-based Mohammed Al-Harfi Company and Syria’s Electricity Company have signed three PPAs for 760 MW of solar projects in Rif Dimashq province. The projects, located in Widyan Al-Rabie, will include 1,077 MWh of battery storage and operate under 20–25-year PPAs, with tariffs starting at 3 US cents/kWh.
