IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust will acquire 100% shareholding and management control of Luhri Power Transmission Ltd (LPTL) from Enerica ReGrid Infra Pvt Ltd for enterprise value up to Rs 1,336 crore. Securities purchase agreements were signed on Sep 25, 2026. LPTL is an ISTS project under construction, incorporated on Oct 28, 2022 by REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd to evacuate power from Sunni Dam and Luhri Stage-I Hydro projects.
