Saudi Arabia and Türkiye have signed a strategic agreement to jointly develop up to 5,000 MW of solar power projects in Türkiye, in two phases. Phase One will deliver 2,000 MW in Sivas and Karaman with competitive tariffs and a $2 billion investment, supplying electricity to over two million households under a 30-year PPA.
