Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) said its non-binding MoU with UAE-based Go Energy to develop green hydrogen/ammonia project in Saudi Arabia has expired without binding agreement, per statement to Saudi Stock Exchange Monday. MoU signed October 2025 aimed at joint study and legal framework.
