UK electrolyser maker ITM Power Plc has signed heads of terms with an unnamed European oil refinery for a 150 MW green hydrogen project, its largest commercial contract to date if finalized. Deal was signed by its build-own-operate subsidiary Hydropulse. Project will deploy 150 MW of ITM’s Alpha electrolyser platform on-site to produce green hydrogen, built, owned and operated by Hydropulse under a 10-year agreement.
