S4 Energy BV, a Dutch Energy Storage developer, has agreed to acquire a 310 MW portfolio of advanced Battery Energy Storage Projects in Germany from Terra One Climate Solutions. The projects, operational by 2026-2028, follow S4's recent acquisition of a 6-GW BESS pipeline in the Netherlands. S4 Energy also acquired LC Energy Grid Services, expanding its battery storage assets and project pipeline.
