Rolwind has received a favorable Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) from Spain's MITECO for its 200MW/800MWh BESS project, ST Palmosilla, marking Spain's first EIA approval for a Standalone Energy Storage System. Located in Tarifa, the project will be the country’s largest and will connect to Spain’s high-voltage grid, supporting its 2030 energy storage goals.
