RWE announced September 17, 2026 virtual power purchase agreement to supply Oracle 433 MW from existing Panther Creek I, II and III wind farms in Sterling, Howard and Glasscock counties, West Texas, powering ERCOT grid supporting Oracle's data center operations. Part of Oracle's broader 1.7 GW Texas renewable portfolio, the deal advances Oracle's goal of 100% carbon-free electricity for AI data centers by 2035.
