Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised RWE on a 50-50 joint venture with KKR for Norfolk Vanguard East and West offshore wind farms, totaling 3.1 GW. KKR will acquire 50% equity in each project, closing expected summer 2026. Once operational in 2029–2030, the farms will power 3 million UK homes.
