Ørsted and partner Nuveen inaugurated the 913 MW Borkum Riffgrund 3 offshore wind farm off the German North Sea coast on September 24, 2026, Ørsted's largest in Germany. Located 72 km offshore, it will power close to one million households and connects directly to TenneT's Dolwin epsilon converter platform, a first in Germany.
