Resolven, backed by EQT, has completed ₹450 crore refinancing of its 136 MWp solar portfolio across Telangana and Karnataka with NIIF Infrastructure Finance Ltd. The portfolio has over seven years of operational history and long-term PPAs. The refinancing reduces borrowing costs by over 100 basis points and extends loan tenure by 3–5 years, strengthening liquidity, improving returns, and supporting future renewable expansion plans.
