Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited has incorporated LC Infra Solar LLP, a new step-down subsidiary to develop a 150 MW Solar Power Project awarded by MAHAGENCO. The subsidiary, formed in partnership with Sherisha Rooftop Solar SPV Four and LC Infra Projects, was registered on Dec. 17, 2024, with an initial capital of ₹10,000.
